Shared lab latch

raynu-v-bringup) until ESPEFI/RayNu/auth.tokenis staged. Host tests refuse the latch. The box you own still accepts it. - Keyboard is iDRAC SOL / HV UART. The SPA is not a guest console.

- not PERC. The mapper skips the Ubuntu H740P virtual disk. USB persist is not fleet persist. Do not format Ubuntu.
- not cluster. vMotion-like, DRS-like, and hot-add are M9.

Iron HTTPS is DONE on COM2
928d6224(RAYNU-V-M8-TLS-OK). Residual: lab millicert, one TLS 1.2 cipher, PRE-EBS SNP plaintext HTTP. - Iron ESP-required auth is open. A lab latch is not an operator credential.

Two bars
Dedicated-box versus fleet
Bar A is one box. Bar B is “keep the iron, replace the licensed hypervisor” on PERC virtual disks they already paid for. Do not skip A to sell B. A USB demonstration is not RAID-fleet evidence.
A1 Everest is done. A2 persist is done on evidence. A3 is this page. A4 TLS iron is DONE. Standing SPA is NOW (then A6). A5 is a named residual, not a fake close.
